Hiking in North Dakota
The steps to hiking in North Dakota:
Try to drive through a snowstorm to get literally anywhere.
Take an extremely shady country road that has not seen a snowplow since before cars were invented.
Get your vehicle so stuck in the snow that it might as well be a fossilized relic of a past age.
Get out of your car to dig yourself out of the snow, then proceed to close the car door and lock your keys and phone inside.
Walk 3 miles to the nearest town of approximately 100 people to borrow a random person's phone.
Proceed to sit and wait while contemplating the life decisions that lead you to that point.
Rinse and repeat.
